PREORDER BULK OR QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
• 15% off full retail on cases of grocery items, frozen or refrigerated
products, whole boxes or bags of grains, pasta, cases of beverages
and one pound bags of herbs or spices.
• 10% off half bags or cases and 5 Ib bags of coffee beans
• 15% off 6 of the same item of personal care or supplements.
• REMEMBER ... We still have many items in bulk. Save $$ and bring
your own containers for honey, tamari, maple syrup and laundry and
dish soap.
• FROZEN MEATS also available in quantity.
• Most items available in a few days. We can order many more items
than we carry on our shelves.
• Ask about our Rewards Card Program.

Peppercorn Natural Foods Buying Club allows you to enjoy substantial savings without any membership fees and only a $50.00 minimum order.
You can order any week and we handle all credits and returns.
Just follow the 5 easy steps below for ordering and save big!
1. Log on to Buying Club online catalog: www.unfi.com
Username: chesterfield
Password: BuyingClub1
Click buying club catalog (upper left)
2. Print off a copy of the order form.
3. Fill out your order form. We cannot split cases; you may buy single items only if they are listed by the single piece.
4. Drop off your completed order form at Peppercorn before 6:00 PM Tuesday. Payment must be made at the time you drop off your order.
5. Pick up your order on Thursday before 6:00 PM.
The fine print:
- The Peppercorn Buying Club Program is a special service we offer in conjunction with UNFI (United Natural Foods). This program is a great opportunity to buy all natural products at tremendous savings. It also makes other natural products available to you that we may not normally carry at Peppercorn.
- Our service charge will be 10% above the Coop catalog price for cases and 20% above catalog price for single items.
- Orders must be prepaid by cash or check. Because of bank charges an additional 2% will be added for credit and debit card payment.
- You must order from the current month’s pricelist. This is especially important at the change of each month. Remember monthly prices are determined by delivery date NOT order date. Please note warehouse code info- there must be a C or no letter code for the product to be available.
- You are responsible for what you order. Please print clearly and double check your product numbers, quantities and math.
- For any product ordered that is out of stock your money will be refunded when you pick up your order. You may reorder that item again on your next order. Sorry, no backorders or rain checks.
- Orders may be placed any week by 6:00 PM Tuesday and must be picked up at the store Thursday afternoon by 6:00 PM. We are short of space and cannot store your order.
- You may e-mail your order and pay by credit card with an additional 2% surcharge.
- Sorry but we are not able to process credit cards online at this time.
